Reiki Training Information

My approach to training honours Reiki as a lived, embodied practice rather than a technique to memorise. Training is experiential, heart-led, and gently held, allowing each level to unfold in its own time and wisdom.

In traditional, non-westernised Usui Reiki, students are guided through the foundational principles, attunements, and practices as they were originally intended — with an emphasis on presence, self-healing, and simplicity. I teach Level 1 and Level 2 Reiki and Master Practitioner Level 3a. I do not currently teach Master Teacher Level Reiki.

Matriarchal Reiki is also offered across three progressive levels, each working with  distinct feminine energies that support self-care and love, restoration and flow, and wisdom and guidance. While the levels follow a natural order, none are considered more important than another — each holds its own purpose and depth.

All teaching sessions are done online, but Usui Reiki attunements can be done in person  at my premises in Sheffield if you wish to register yourself with a membership body, such as The Reiki Association.  To fulfil the requirements of many membership bodies in the UK you must receive your attunements in person. 

If you do not wish to register yourself with a membership body then the attunements can be done online. You do not currently need to be a member a membership body to get business insurance or practice reiki for income on a self employed basis.
