The Reset Package

The reset package is tailored to  your specific needs. Spread over 6 sessions, each focusing on either Exploratory EFT or Reprogramming EFT.  Exploratory EFT helps get to the root of things, and Reprogramming EFT concentrates on updating subconscious patterns (so that you don't stay stuck in old loops)

Reset packages can focus on anything you want to address including support for physical conditions, work/career challenges, burn out, stress and overwhelm, menopause, trauma, anxiety, sleep issues, weight struggles, low mood, confidence and self worth issues, chronic tension and pain, life transitions and feeling stuck, the list goes on! 

 Each week you are given a resource to help you move forward in your journey, building up a tool kit of self help strategies that will support you long after our sessions together finish. If you feel you require further work you can continue to pay on a session by session basis, but for many the reset is enough.

My nervous system reset has had great reviews, and I even offer a 'woo woo' package for spiritually minded folk who wish to work with someone who 'just gets it' and has the capacity to meet them where they are currently on their journey.

All reset packages are done online costing £300 for 6 sessions.
